This past weekend, over 1200 players on 85 teams competed in 189 games in the 36th Annual Turkey Shootout, hosted by Anchorage Hockey Association. KHL represented with a 10A, 12B, 12A, 14B, and 18B team in the tournament. All of our teams played fantastic and three made it to the Championship games!

10A made it the quarterfinals, 12B made it to the semifinals, 12A made to the Championship game, finishing second, and both 14B and 18B won the Championship games. Congratulations to everyone on your hard work and determination, and a big thank you to all the coaches and managers!

Keep a lookout for Friday's paper, highlighting our team's successes, and our 12A and 14B teams will be recognized at the High School home games on Friday, 7:30pm, following first period!

Head Coaches and Team Managers will also be coordinating age-group meetings, to share information specific to your age-group. We also want to remind everyone that there are many resources on our website, including our member handbook, policies, and season calendar.
